When I was a young boy one of my most treasured possessions was my youth football helmet. I wanted to grow up to be a professional football player. Although I played various positions I took pride in the fact that I was the first string quarterback for my team, the Gardenville Bears. There’s no such thing. Hopefully the coaches and parents would make sure that if a player has a head injury of any sort, he would be sidelined until he is cleared by a physician. It is not worth risking permanent head injury. I’m sure you’ll agree that youth football helmets should have extra padding inside to insure the most safety possible for our youth. I mention this one last of the three major brands only because it comes without a facemask that must be purchased separately, but make no mistake, this too is a quality youth football helmet.
